Business Hours: 
We can be reached during the following days and times:
Monday through Fridays - 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Saturday - 10:00 AM to 4:45PM, Sundays - 12:00 PM to 3:45 PM. All times are Pacific Time. 
Shipping: 
Continental United States: Please Note:  We only charge you the rates the Us Postal Service charges. However, our system will approve your order with a maximum of a $10.00 shipping rate. For example if you order 5 tubes of seed beads you will only be charged $2.60. Your invoice will be adjusted when we process your order. If you place a large order we will call you if the shipping rates are higher than $10.00.
International Orders: Orders shipped to outside the continental U.S., and/or international orders, will be charged an additional shipping fee, which will be determined by the U.S. Postal Service for standard delivery service. All packages will be insured.
Special Delivery: If you would prefer alternate shipping methods, describe them in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section of the checkout form. We will then make arrangements to ship per your instructions, and charge you any additional shipping fees. 
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover/Novus credit cards.
Taxes:
California resident customers will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax on all orders. 
Returns:
Your business is important to us. If you receive a damaged item, please return the item for same kind replacement; or if you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, please return the unopened item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase..
Please Note: We will not accept returns on opened containers or packages containing multiple quantities of small beads, small crystals, seeds beads or delicas, small findings, etc. 
Out of Stock Items:
We do not have a back order service. If we are out of stock in any item listed on your purchase order, we will notify you directly on the shipping invoice when we ship your order. If all ordered items are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail, and cancel your order, with no further action on our part. However, you are encouraged to contact us for the item(s) future availability. In all cases, only those items that we actually ship, along with the related shipping charges, will be billed to your credit card.
